Our first destination is just a seven-minute walk from Interlaken West station. Inside a charming timber house dating back to 1673, you'll find an intimate 30-seat bar inspired by aviation — the kind of place where the golden age of flight never quite landed.
Discover signature cocktails, seven beers on tap featuring local and international favourites, carefully selected wines and great music — all served by a small crew dedicated to making every guest feel welcome.

THE HANGAR 32 CREW
Hangar 32 is one crew working across three experiences: our aviation-themed bar, boutique apartments and private Lake Thun charters.
At the controls is Serge, our Captain—a former Boeing 777 pilot with nearly four decades in aviation. Arturs, our First Officer, brings experience from restaurants, bars, hospitality and construction, helping keep operations and projects firmly on course.
Maylin, our Purser, brings the warmth and attention to detail developed during her Emirates career. Nicoleta adds many years of hospitality experience and her unmistakable positive energy, while Jürg contributes a lifetime of experience across bars, restaurants and hotels. Additional crew members occasionally join us on duty.
Our story began in a timber house dating back to 1673, where Hangar 32—Interlaken's biggest little bar—opened in 2020.
